I'm Judiness Guina Dizon I live in #28 Lolu San Rafael Macabebe Pampanga, born May, 14, 1993 in D.H. Polintan Medical Clinic, Macabebe Pampanga . I'm 17 years old.
My Father's name Nestor L. Dizon his occupation is teacher and My Mother's name Judith G. Dizon her occupation is house wife. I have a three sister name Jermainne, Jessie Anne, Jennie Rose. I'm the eldest among the three.
I graduate elementary education at "MES" Macabebe Elementary School in the year 2004-2005. And I finish my secondary education at "PC" Pampanga Colleges, Poblacion Macabebe Pampanga in the year 2008-2009. And I continues college at ACLC college of apalit, mac arthur hi-way, sulipan apalit, Pampanga. I take a course of OIS or Office Information System simple known as Computer Secretary.
